Heather Pennington joined P.E. Pennington in 2007. She attended Brigham Young University, with an extensive experience in the service industries. Currently she serves as the Controller, HR and IT manager for PE Pennington & Company, Inc. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
