Eric joined P.E. Pennington & Company in 2013 and serves as a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant, overseeing Real Estate and Personal Property portfolios across Texas. He holds the distinguished CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, reflecting his advanced expertise in the field.
Before joining P.E. Pennington & Co., Inc., Eric worked as a Business Personal Property Appraiser with the Dallas Central Appraisal District from 2011 to 2013. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned a B.S. in Economics.
