Darrell Hallmark began his career in the Commercial Real Estate Department of the Dallas Central Appraisal District, where he served from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, he joined Straus & Company, a regional property tax consulting firm.
Darrell has been a key member of P.E. Pennington & Company, Inc. since 2005. As a Senior Property Tax Consultant, he oversees the administration of all categories of Commercial Real Estate across Texas.
He is a Texas Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant and a graduate of Texas Tech University. Darrell is also an active member of both The Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and The Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).
