Chris Stanton joined P.E. Pennington & Company, Inc. in 2002 and is a highly experienced, licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with more than two decades of specialized expertise. He represents clients in Real and Business Personal Property protests across New Mexico and Texas.
Chris brings extensive knowledge of all major Personal and Commercial Real Estate property types, and he is widely regarded for his analytical depth, strategic approach to valuation issues, and strong relationships with appraisal districts throughout the region.
He has earned the prestigious CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of professional excellence. Chris also holds a Master of Land Economics & Real Estate (MLERE) degree from Texas A&M University, one of the nation’s leading programs in real estate and valuation.
Chris is an active member of both the Texas Association of Assessing Officers and the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, contributing to ongoing industry education and best practices.
