Heather Pennington joined P.E. Pennington & Company, Inc. in 2007 and has become an integral leader within the firm’s operations. With a background shaped by her studies at Brigham Young University and extensive experience across the service industries, Heather brings a strong blend of financial, organizational, and people‑focused expertise to the company.
She currently serves as the firm’s Controller, as well as its Human Resources and Information Technology Manager, overseeing critical internal functions that support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term organizational stability. Her cross‑disciplinary leadership ensures that financial management, employee development, and technology infrastructure all operate with precision and alignment.
Heather is also a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and industry standards.
