Paul Edward
Pennington -
President and Principal of P. E. Pennington & Co.,
Inc. Responsible for all types of real and personal
property since 1979. Jurisdictional responsibilities
include Louisiana and Texas. Registered Senior Property
Tax Consultant, a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
Graduate of The University of Northern Colorado with BA
in Political Science. Mr. Pennington has authored
articles for the Journal of Property Tax Management,
Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Dallas Business
Journal and Texas Lawyer, instructor for continuing
education courses on Personal Property and Real Estate
for the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
A Charter Member of the Texas Association of Property
Tax Professionals and Council member on the Texas
Department of Regulations and Licensing, Property Tax
Advisory Board. |

Christopher Aaron Stanton
- (CMI)
Chris Stanton is a Property Tax Consultant responsible
for Real and Business Personal Property protest in
Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North
Carolina, and Texas. Mr. Stanton works with all property
types and is a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant
and has earned the CMI designation from the IPT.
Additionally he holds a Masters of Land Economics &
Real Estate (MLERE) degree from Texas A&M
University.

Glenna Ballard

Office Manager with over 30
years experience in property tax administration. Glenna’s
responsibilities include filing real, personal renditions, agricultural, Freeport
applications and appeals. Her responsibilities also
include communications with Appraisal Districts, client
administrative support,
client billings, data entry and other administrative duties. |

Grant Pennington

Sr.Property Tax Consultant responsible for
administrating returns and appeals for Real and Business Personal Property in Texas. Grant is a Registered
Senior Property Tax Consultant, a candidate for the CMI designation and
is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate.

appeals for Real and Business Personal Property in Texas. Darrell is a
Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant, graduate from Texas Tech University,
with 6 years property tax experience, including four
years at the Dallas Central
Appraisal District Commercial Real Estate Department. |

Heather
Pennington -
Registered Property Tax Consultant serving as Operations Manager.
She has extensive experience with a service industry firm
managing HR and IT Departments, including industry specific software,
website design, having administrative accounting experience.
Heather will continue management of those areas with P.E. Pennington & Co.
as well as client administrative support. |
