P.E. Pennington announces 2001 Tax Savings

P.E. Pennington & Co., Inc. represented more than half a billion dollars in assessed values in Dallas County alone for tax year 2001. This includes commercial real estate and business personal property accounts. The largest property tax reductions resulting from our efforts were $287,000 tax savings on a Dallas multi-story apartment complex and $1,548,712 tax savings on a multi-story apartment complex in Houston.
